Serving Size In Your Hand

I am sure like me all of you are food lover ;) We love our food don’t we, our mere existence is taste all the good food out there. But too much of a good thing can give many health risk. So to keep on being healthy we must learn how to portion control. This way me can taste and have as many types of food that we like, more healthier way.

Balance diet, regular exercise and having a positive state of mind: You are on your way to a healthier body and soul! :D

My challenge is reducing my rice intake, Although I’ve reduce it to 1 meal per day. I still have the habit on putting to much rice on my plate. hahaha.. But I am in control now :D What is your weakness when it comes to food?

  1. Uh, I eat alot and burn alot too. Tidak pandai gumuk tapi dalam diam Kolesterol tinggi dalam badan. :P

    Sa pun trying to reduce rice tapi bukan sebab mau kurus tapi kasi kurang tu lemak yg tidak kelihatan. :D
