Hahaha.. hello and good morning everyone, I found this on the net and thought it will be great to share. I don’t know about other but my behind is the most abandon body parts I work on. All I want is lean abs! But it won’t work that way. Remember, you have to have a holistic approach to exercise. Maybe after you lose all those fat, you can target tone with strength exercise.
Exercises that activate each buttocks muscle :
MEDIUS - Jumping Jacks
MAXIMUS - Deep Lunges
MINIMUS - Squats
Honestly, you need NOTHING else to get the butt you dream of, just these three exercises!
Getting a driver license is a big part of a teenager life. Getting it represent… freedom! Well not really, getting a car means freedom.
I got new respect for drivers! While the passanger were sitting comfortably in the car eating, sleeping.. the driver have to focus on the road!
Earlier this evening, Nick and I was on our way going home from KK to KB. When we reach the Petronas gas station at Tuaran he stop and said, “ok change!” I was like ” Nooooo! I am not ready!”. But I was just saying that. In my mind, it is now or never. I don’t want to be depending on him all the time. We change seat.
Nick: ok adjust tempat duduk. selesa ka? Ok jalan…
Nick: terlampau tepi suda nie.. Masuk sikit..
Nick: Steady jak pegang tu stering…(singing to True worshiper song).. tu moto depan tu slow tu..
Near Tengilan..
Nick: Mau terus sampai KB? or ganti?
and I change seat again with him. He is asking because after tengilan it is hills road all the way and he said, save it for another time. Nick was very thoughtful. He drives slow from KK to Tuaran so that I was not pressure to go fast. After we change he gave me a few tips and keep on saying, ” buli suda tu! mau confident lagi skit” Smiling

Whether you are like Chegu Carol, who used the Instagram build in picture editor or like some of us who used other picture editing applications. All of use love and enjoy pretty and nice pictures.
There are a lot of photo editing application you can download for free and and although some you have to buy but.. there are always Blackmart Here are some of my favourite picture editing applications and camera filter for your smartphones.
1. PicsPlay Pro – Absolutely in love with this applications and it has 200 filter to play with or you can always manually adjust your picture.
2. Pixlr-o-matic – Also have tonnes of effects, overlays and frames. A blogger friend, Michel Sung is also using this applications.
3. PicFrames – put 1,2, 3 or even 5 of your pictures in 1 frames!
4. Camera ZOOM – It is a camera application but I also used this to edit other picture taken from the normal phone camera.
5. Justgramm - Have something to say? Type your words in and pick a background. You can put your picture too!
6. Textgram Pro - The word “Pro” said it all. You can select you fonts, colour of your wordings and adjust the words and picture with more detail.
The above is my favourite application for editing. As a bonus let me introduce to you another one that you might be interested in
Cymera – Cymera is probably a Asian rendition of Instagram but because it is in Korean, you probably can’t login with it. But you still can edit your pictures in it. As Korean is well known to it plastic surgery so it is in this application.
You can adjust and slims your face using this application with just 1 click. Makes your eyes bigger and perfect that smile. Much more easier than Photoshop! Don’t over do it tho or you end up like a plastic surgery barbie doll below LOL

I’ve been bit my the instagram bug quiet hard. For you all that owns a smartphones or iphone I guess you already knew about instgram. For you that does’t, Instagram is a photo application that you can used to edit and also share your photos to other social medium for examples Facebook and Twitter.
Below are the pictures I took and publish using Instagram.

Those are just amateur pictures by me but there are many professional photographer using Instagram to share their work. It is a community of artist and friends.
For an example some pictures from @nala_rinaldo, LOVE all the pictures! I screenshot her profile btw I guess she must be using DSLR for those wonderful pictures. and you can! But I won’t and have no intention of doing that but the point I want to make is that photographer can use Instagram as a medium to share their wonderful work.
Some of the tips above are just the basic. My personal favourite is using other application to process or edit your pictures to boost their look. Other than that, it is great that Instagram has its own build in camera but for better picture use your phone camera instead and don’t forget to experiment!
