Last year end holiday was my Healthy Breakfast Project. I would post pictures of my breakfast to my instagram almost everyday. Only healthy meals. I am still having healthy breakfast now but it gets kinda boring nowadays. Staying in hostel prevent me to have variety of fruits and vegetable at hand. I am only having oat with banana and honey now.
Never the less, I try to eat healthy. I ate mostly mixed vegetables and fish. I remember last year I would always choose meat or chicken during my recess or lunch break. Now, fish is my choice. I feel so much lighter
Some of my classmates said that I have lost weight! Yes! But actually not that much but still it is an on going process
Chinese New Year in one week and still I haven’t shop for new clothes
