Last year end holiday was my Healthy Breakfast Project. I would post pictures of my breakfast to my instagram almost everyday. Only healthy meals. I am still having healthy breakfast now but it gets kinda boring nowadays. Staying in hostel prevent me to have variety of fruits and vegetable at hand. I am only having oat with banana and honey now.
Never the less, I try to eat healthy. I ate mostly mixed vegetables and fish. I remember last year I would always choose meat or chicken during my recess or lunch break. Now, fish is my choice. I feel so much lighter
Some of my classmates said that I have lost weight! Yes! But actually not that much but still it is an on going process
Chinese New Year in one week and still I haven’t shop for new clothes Allowance please come fast!
It has been exactly one year since my first post here. As you can see in the archives, I blog way less last year compare to 2011. Nonetheless, a big THANK YOU for supporting me all this time
Hectic year it was 2012, now the 2013 is here. Time for some resolutions. I don’t really like the idea of New Year resolutions. I don’t really remember if I had make any. Because rather having big goals in the new year, why not try to be a little bit better everyday. We don’t really have to wait till the new year
On the other hand, having some resolutions help you to focus. Remember, resolutions are only effective if they last. So for the coming days 2013
My new Life Philosophy is to..
1. Be responsible for my health and the people and the world around me
2. Remember Birthdays! I am awful with dates. My brain does not tolerate with number easily.
3. Trying to be less perfect and ignore what other people might think.

Well those are just a short list. There are numerous way a people can be happy when they are down. For me, when ever I am down or sad, I love to sleep! Sleeping make me forget the problems and make me think clearly after I wake up.

Hahaha.. hello and good morning everyone, I found this on the net and thought it will be great to share. I don’t know about other but my behind is the most abandon body parts I work on. All I want is lean abs! But it won’t work that way. Remember, you have to have a holistic approach to exercise. Maybe after you lose all those fat, you can target tone with strength exercise.
Exercises that activate each buttocks muscle :
MEDIUS - Jumping Jacks
MAXIMUS - Deep Lunges
MINIMUS - Squats
Honestly, you need NOTHING else to get the butt you dream of, just these three exercises!
