It is the second week since our class started and everything still going slow for us. We have 2 weeks more before teaching practice started.
It was a delightful first week because most of my lecturer, batch/course mates are shock with my physical transformation after my weight loss of 10kg. One lecturer was shock when I said I still eat rice. Another ask me why I lose the weight and I told him that I am getting married. LOL I had fun! I also love sharing what I have learned about weight loss and particularly like one of my friend comment that I did not look like a skeleton and he said maybe because I eat healthy not like some people who uses weight loss supplements and so on.
He was right!
Since class started, my diet had changed slightly. Not really much, I just ate a lot more rice than I usually do at home. I still drink a lot of water. I have a bottle in hand even while watching TV.
I did not drink as much lemon sui now like I used to but I did put some lemon on my papaya and watermelon tho.
A lot less juices now because juicer is at home. Only drank once at a stall near my new housing area. Although it was quite nice but I was skeptical of what did they put in the juice. Although it is called juice does not mean it is healthy. They might put a lot of sugar or other substance in it that we do not know of.
So I have been eyeing on a juicer lately I’ve been researching and the top juicer now is the Hurom Slow juicer
Then I stumble upon a promotion at Citymall on the Primada Slow Juicer. Primada is still new and there are not many reviews about it. So the first question I ask the promoter is what is the difference between Hurom and Primada. The promoter explain and let us try the juice ourselves. I instantly fell in love! Slow juicer produce more quality juice than the high speed ones. Plus it is easy to clean!
Mind you, both juicer’s price is more than 1.5K but it is an investment for health. I am going to get this baby soon, or someone wants to give it to me as a birthday present? My birthday is in 2 months
For most of us, you don’t need fancy gadgets to start eating healthy. You need self control. Remember whatever you do will have its consequences. The bad food you put inside your body will haunt you later, it would be years from now but the damage is already done although we can’t see it now. Don’t wait until it is too late. You can still reverse it by adopting a healthy lifestyle. Remember, you are what you eat.
