Healthy Breakfast

Last year end holiday was my Healthy Breakfast Project. I would post pictures of my breakfast to my instagram almost everyday. Only healthy meals. I am still having healthy breakfast now but it gets kinda boring nowadays. Staying in hostel prevent me to have variety of fruits and vegetable at hand. I am only having oat with banana and honey now.

Never the less, I try to eat healthy. I ate mostly mixed vegetables and fish. I remember last year I would always choose meat or chicken during my recess or lunch break. Now, fish is my choice. I feel so much lighter :)

Some of my classmates said that I have lost weight! Yes! But actually not that much but still it is an on going process :)

Chinese New Year in one week and still I haven’t shop for new clothes :( Allowance please come fast!

It has been exactly one year since my first post  here. As you can see in the archives, I blog way less last year compare to 2011. Nonetheless, a big THANK YOU for supporting me all this time

Hectic year it was 2012, now the 2013 is here. Time for some resolutions. I don’t really like the idea of New Year resolutions. I don’t really remember if I had make any. Because rather having big goals in the new year, why not try to be a little bit better everyday. We don’t really have to wait till the new year :)

On the other hand, having some resolutions help you to focus. Remember, resolutions are only effective if they last. So for the coming days 2013

My new Life Philosophy is to..

1. Be responsible for my health and the people and the world around me

2. Remember Birthdays! I am awful with dates. My brain does not tolerate with number easily.

3. Trying to be less perfect and ignore what other people might think.

Animals Lover : Speaking for those who can not speak for themselves

I found this contest of the SPCA KK Facebook’s page. For who that have no idea what SPCA means, SPCA stand for Society for the Prevention of Cruelty To Animals (SPCA).

SPCA KK is organising a PHOTO JOURNAL CONTEST as part of  their fundraising activities. Please visit their website www.spcakk.org or call their hotline 013-8569100 for more info.

 

Objectives of this Photo Journal Contest 

1)   To raise public awareness of animal welfare in Sabah, in particular cruelty to animals.

2)   To promote responsible pet ownership

3)  To raise fund for the running of the SPCAKK adoption centre where abused and injured animals are cared for before their adoption

There are 2 category

Category

1)            Life as a stray animal

  • A series of images/photos (minimum three numbers) recording the life of stray animals in our society especially how they are being perceived and treated by us
  • You must specify location where the photos were taken
  • Include a short write up/notation on what you think about the life of stray animals in our society
  • Format : A3 size cardboard.  Digital print, collage, or other media
  • The completed entry form must be securely adhered to the back of your entry cardboard
  • Downloaded images of animals from the internet are NOT acceptable

2)            Me and my pet

  • A series of images/photos (minimum three numbers) showing different activities that involve you and your pet
  • The pet animal must be your own
  • Include a short write up/notation on your relationship with your pet and how it has changed your life. Tell us your happy, sad or other memorable moments of you and your pet
  • Format : A3 size cardboard. Digital print, collage, or other media
  • The completed submission form must be securely adhered to the back of your entry cardboard
  • Downloaded  images of animals from the internet are NOT acceptable

Exercises To Help You Get That Perfect Butt

Well you see the title above don’t you. Don’t let gravity take your butt. Have perfect round butt and say good bye to saggy behind :D

Hahaha.. hello and good morning everyone, I found this on the net and thought it will be great to share. I don’t know about other but my behind is the most abandon body parts I work on. All I want is lean abs! But it won’t work that way. Remember, you have to have a holistic approach to exercise. Maybe after you lose all those fat, you can target tone with strength exercise.

MEDIUS - Jumping Jacks

MAXIMUS - Deep Lunges

MINIMUS - Squats

Honestly, you need NOTHING else to get the butt you dream of, just these three exercises!
