Today I start my mission to get my long and shinny hair back

mum, in support of my mission

voluntarily take the coconut to be grate

ee nda cantik ko putung rambut begitu my mum said
bukan saya yang putung bah ==”
when mum was young
she always had a long and thick hair
but after she gives birth to my big brother
the length gets shorter
and now
her hair never grow pass her neck
Panas, nda tahan she said

Mum, look at her hair pandai jg da pose ar :p

I use my hand to get the coconut milk out of the grated coconut
and put it on to my hair
mum claim that this is also one of the ways
she maintain her hair
and till now at 54 years old her hair are still jet black
ada jg la rambut putih tapi banyak lagi hitam ^^ 

During CNY my face even bigger than mum’s ^^”

she said the secret is the coconut milk

even my uncle who is younger than her

almost all of his hair are turning white

they often ask mum if she dye her hair black

which is never

after I put the coconut milk and some of the grated coconut on to my hair

I wrap my head with a small towel 

and endure it for almost two hours

there are pro and cons to using grated coconut

pro: fresh,cheap

con: messy, I have to sweep the floor of my kitchen after I’m done

if you want to avoid the messiness

you can use the coconut milk that are ready in boxes that are sells in the stores

after two hours, I washed my hair

the texture of my hair definitely feel different than before

I would not said it look gorgeous 

but it definitely look healthier ^^
