I was blog walking a while back and stumble on sis Just post : My first Peplum
People are raging with peplum fashion now a days and she wore her first 24 years ago!
Her post remind me of my grandmother dress. It was an antique dress. Mum still kept it after grandma past away and it is still in a good condition. In fact I wore the dress on my first Tesl Night way back 2010!
It was a Tesl Retro Night. I did’t bought anything for the event. Just went and get my hair done since I was also performing that night. Hence the washable tattoo on my hand.
If you had seen my previous post, this is Sinta few years back. A lot of difference right?! She is totally my inspirations!
Do you still keep anything from your grandparents?

Last Sunday as I about to go out, there were two middle age men about 40-50 of age got out of a car and approach the rest room of our hostel. They were talking to Ibu (a security guard that is more like a mother to us here in the hostel). I heard they are asking Ibu to help them to take some pictures. As I am about to fill in my bottle with water at the water-cooler near the rest room, Ibu ask me to help them. I gladly left my bottle on the water cooler and took their camera.
” Ambil gambar kami dengan pokok bambu ini ar. Ambil dua kali ar. Pokok nie dah lama, sejak kami sini lagi” the uncle said. “Ambil gambar dengan hostel lg. Hostel nie dulu hostel lelaki. Di bawah sana hostel perempuan” He continue rambling. I smile to see these two uncle reminiscent their pass. They once studied here at IPG Kampus Gaya too but then it was called Maktab Gaya.
One of the men went behind the hostel. “Mana lagi kau mau pergi tu!” The other said. “Tengok-tengok“. The two men are from the peninsular. “Lepas habis belajar terus kerja sini, tidak balik-balik” One of them said smiling
They asked my names and my option. They asked me if so and so lecturer are still there. I heard some of their stories and had to leave because Nick had arrived. The two uncle said thank you.
As I took those pictures for them, there were this deep happy feeling inside of me. This place had brought so many memories to them.
Celebrated our Third year anniversary on Monday at KG Nelayan
I can’t stop thinking that we will leave this place too. It is our third year anniversary today and there will be 2 more to go before we bid farewell to this place and each other. We had a early celebration last Monday at Kg Nelayan. How time flies. The very first thing I will miss is these people! Crazy, Gorgeous and adorable bunch of people!
My second big family. We are not related by blood but God has put us together by heart. Happy Anniversary my beloved comrades. I love you all
Happy 3rd year Anniversary to all PISMP Semester 4 friends
Today, my friends and I went to Full House, Suria Sabah to celebrate an early birthday for a good friend also my ex-room mate, Ning-ning
I suggest you go there for lunch 12pm till 3pm as you can order the lunch set which is cheaper than ordering ala carte.
View from the car-park, Suria Sabah is located just beside the beach. Beautiful!
Main entrance
From the left, Cindy and NingNing
Full House: Food and Decorations
Clothes for sales
Bath tub for hats and pillows
A bed too! Allen: Want to buy this? hahaha
Ordering a lunch set is more cheaper. A set includes soup of the day, drinks(Lemon tea) and 1 main dish (choose from pasta, spaghetti, chicken chop, Caesar salad, chicken burger). Highly recommend the Carbonara spaghetti and chicken burger. The salad is not bad either
The bottle is huge. This drink can be share by two person.
Caesar Salad. I did’t manage to took picture of the burger tho because we are so hungry we dig right in
7 set of meals. Not bad

Us
We celebrated NingNing’s birthday early.
Bernard giving NingNing her present a perfume we bought from Bodyshop.
All in all, I love the cosy environment there. The decorations are elegant and nice. The food are not bad either, I love the chicken burger and beside the food, for me the service is also an important part of choosing a dining place and I would give a 4 star to service there. I would definitely come again. Maybe with Nick next time
They also put a car there. Not sure it still work or not.
Fancy chair for the “King”
All in all it was a nice lunch with friends. The important thing we appreciate one another
If you are wondering why the cake is like that, we were thinking of we might be full after the lunch and we definitely can’t finish a whole cake. So why waste, is the thought that count right That is why the cake is cute with fancy candles. We still had a hard time finishing the small cake!
Words can’t describe how awesome and fun it is meeting all those people behind those great blogs. The person themselves are awesome! It was my first blogger gathering and we had so much fun
Our main food was from KFC and Elwyna brought two delicious cakes But before we can dig in, we had to introduce ourselves first
Ice-breaking and intro time
With El, Flo and Rose, Gunaqz, Beaty and Aemy Ashley went home early, did’t manage to snap a picture with her
After our snack
We had the exchange gift session
I got beaty‘s and my gift went to Gunaqz
Thanks for the gift Beaty
Luckily I got it! It is a small pink drawer for accessories and a scent candle lamp
The drawer quickly become the home for my necklace and bracelets
and I hope Gunaqz like my gift
She can drink coffee and tea in it Sorry for the randomness!
After game time it is time to say our good byes
Time flies fast!
We clean and rearrange the place
Pick up the rubbish and sent the tables and chair we borrow from the Shangrila Hotel
Saying good byes
Walking and parting our ways
Masih lagi Nick snap-snap
Very dedicated at his assigned job! hahaha
